3D2N Nature Fieldtrip Report in Toraja

Assalamu’alaikum…..

Well Guys, welcome back again on my blog (Tety Sarfiani Blog). Now this is my second blog which in this blog is our Trip Report Namely NATURE FIELD TRIP in TORAJA.

This we do trip for 3D2N. this is a trip that I think a lot of experience I found from the trips before. Why ? because in the trip times are tracking. This is very exciting all, especially one added on our way through the mountains, rocks, even up to pass in the fields.

Day 1 :

On Monday morning, October 14^th 2019, we are gathering at campus in orange building at 07:30. Before the tour leader presence and baggage handling, then before take on the bus we pray. In the bus some presentation. We leave the campus heade Kupa Beach Restaurant for lunch after lunch some go to prayer. After that from restaurant to Bambapuang. In there we to Coffe break and Rest area/toilet stop. From Bambapuang headed to Indra Hotel in Toraja, to check-in hotel. After that we prepare for Dinner in Ayam penyet Ria in toraja. Aftet dinner continue for Evaluation from Advisor and Tour Leader. End then we back to hotel for rest and sleep time.

in the monday morning we gathering at Campus Makassar Tourism Politechnic. Tour leader do absen to our. and before take on the buss we pray too. we leave the campus headed for kupa beach restaurant.

kupa beach restaurant in Barru regency. we stoped there on the way to Toraja for lunch and some prayer. kupa beach restaurant good place for lunch, nice view fairly clean and food is ok. after that continue the journey to Bambapuang (Gunung Nona)

we stoped in Bambapuang(gunung Nona), Enrekang regency before we to Toraja. in there we to Rest and Coffe break. and take a pictures in here. Bambapuang is nice place for coffe break or Tea drink. after that, From Bambapuang to Indra HOtel in Toraja.

arrived in Indra hotel we check-in hotel. after that, we prepare for Dinner In Ayam Penyat ria restaurant in toraja. Be continue is Evaluation from advisor and TL. after that we back to hotel to Rest. end then to all first day's activities are finished.

Day 2 :

At 04:30-05:00 time morning Call. We breakfast in hotel. After that we prepare from Hotel to Timanbayo. Timenbayo to lokomata. From lokomata we star soft tracking to Mentirotiku Restaurant. Time to lunch in Mentirotiku Restaurant and prayer. After that mentirotiku to Lempo. This start point tracking from Lempo to Bori. Be continued take on the bus from Bori to Todi silk weaving. After that back to indra hotel. Prepare to Dinner in ayam penyet Ria in toraja. Then continue evaluation again. And we back in the Hotel to Rest and sleep.

On tuesday morning second Day, in Indra hotel we morning call at 04:30-05:00. time to breakfast. This day I coffe drink and bread food and fried rice too. after breakfast we take on the bus.

morning prepare for tracking. leaved indra hotel to Timinbayo. Timinbayo before headingto the summit to Lokomatta.

this beutiful view is Timinbayo in Toraja utara. after that we continued our journey up to Lokomata.

The uniqueness of indigenous communities Toraja this into one exciting destinations for tourists who want to know the graves. Lokomata is a tourist sites worth a visit when you come to south sulawesi. it is located in area BatuTomonga , toraja utara district, south sulawesi.

Lokomata is one of attraction in the form of a large stone that contains the bodies. this place to be the storage area bodies Toraja people already sincethe time immemorial. customs Toraja community is indeed somewhat unique. after that from lokomata to Mantirotiku Restaurant, Batutomongo peak.

from Lokomata start soft tracking to Mentirotiku Restaurant. in there we lunch and some prayer. Mentirotiku in Batutumonga Peak is nice view. after lunch start point tracking.

up and down the rock that we passed when tracking. we also stoped in one of place traditioanl houses in toraja (Tongkonan).

the our journey is very exciting. after that we continued the our tracking and also we stoped in ane of tourist attraction burrial in toraja namely Baby Grave.

we met a tourist from france and took a photo together. (area baby grave).

after that we continue our tracking to the bottom of the peak and the our tracking finished in Bori. from bori take on the bus to Todi (silk weaving).

Todi Weaving Shop, rantepao in Toraja. that is a souvenir shopping place in Toraja.

Todi Weaving Souvenir Place. after that, we back to hotel. we prepare go to ayam penyet ria for dinner. and be continued the evaliation again and the closing night to our in there.

after back to hotel we Rest and the all secon day's activities are finished.

Day 3 :

Breakfast at 06:00. After breakfast we prepare to check-out hotel. Hotel headed tradisional market in toraja. Market to bambapuang to Rest time. Bambapuang to Teras empang Restaurant for lunch. we headed in Campus Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. End then off tour.

before we check-out Hotel we breakfast. this is our last day in toraja. we will back to makassar. after that we check-out hotel and headed to traditional market.
